The program has been designed to promote and reward loyal & dedicated partners and offers: Partner, Premium Partner, Distributor, and OEM partnership levels.

Requirements

  • Have installed & configured 3CX Phone System and familiarized yourself with the software
  • Be able to offer pre-sales advice to customers
  • Mention 3CX Phone System on your website and identify yourself as a 3CX reseller
  • Be able to communicate with us in English.

Partner levels

The 3CX Partner program consists of the following levels based on cooperation type, commitment and achievements:

  • 3CX Partner - The starting level for partners.
  • 3CX Premium Partner - For partners who actively sell 3CX products and make regular sales.
  • 3CX Distribution Partner - For partners who wish to distribute software to other resellers.
  • 3CX OEM Partner - For VOIP providers or equipment manufacturers that wish to bundle our software.

Margins

3CX offers competitive margins on product sales and 3CX email & live support packages. 3CX does not offer customers phone support, but will support partners in selling a phone support package to customers. Partners who provide first level technical support via phone and email and are entitled to the entire support package amount. 3CX will then provide second level support to partners. If a partner does not wish to provide first level support, they can sell a 3CX email & live support package. In this case, 3CX will provide first level support too and the partner will be entitled to the usual margin on the 3CX Email & Live Support package. The margin percentage is dependent on the partner level and will be sent to you after you apply as a partner.

Process to become a partner

The process to become a partner is straightforward. It involves the following steps:

  1. Install 3CX Phone System. Review the manual and interface and familiarize yourself with the product. Ensure this is the system you wish to sell and that you will be able to support customers
  2. Apply as a 3CX Partner online at: http://www.3cx.com/partners/apply.html  
  3. 3CX will review your application within 2 business days. Once approved you will receive a welcome email with further information.
