The 3CX Partner Program consists of the following levels which are based on loyalty and sales volume:
- 3CX Affiliate
- 3CX Silver Partner
- 3CX Gold Partner
- 3CX Platinum Partner
The higher the level the more benefits and margins are offered.
- Mention of 3CX on the partner’s website and identify oneself as a 3CX reseller.
- Ability to offer pre-sales advice to customers.
- Target to sell at least one license of 3CX PBX per 6 months.
- Installation & configuration of the latest version of 3CX PBX and 3CX WebMeeting as well as familiarization with the products.
- Technical knowledge including General Networking & Windows configuration.
- Technical staff should have reviewed technical documentation, FAQ’s and followed online technical trainings.
Sales are rewarded in the form of points. Moving up a partner level depends on the number of points a partner has. The points system aims at rewarding partners who are certified and trained by 3CX and who also show loyalty to the company with repeated sales. It doesn’t only reflect sales volume, but also the effort and commitment a 3CX Partner shows towards 3CX.
Not only the number of sales are reflected in the points system but also the number of projects, making it much more achievable to reach the Silver and Gold Partner levels by allowing partners with smaller projects to attain a higher ranking.
