Use your Outlook/CRM contacts as your phone book and never dial a number again

When using any of 3CX Phone System Commercial editions, you can initiate your phone calls directly from Outlook by means of a TAPI driver. All you need to do is right click on an Outlook contact and launch your call. 3CX also allows CRM users (i.e. Salesforce.com) to automatically dial contacts by simply clicking 'Call this contact'. Forget about dialing phone numbers again!
