Users can configure their own extensions without help from the IT department


With the user portal (my-phone) feature that is available in all 3CX Phone System Commercial editions, you can easily set up your own extension. Forward calls to voice mail or to another telephone extension or external number - even a mobile phone number - when the phone is not answered, busy or unregistered. Behaviour in each of these cases is user-definable and so simple that you don’t need the IT Manager to do it for you.
