Factory Reset your Grandstream GXP phone

Applicable to Grandstream GXP 1160, 1165, 1400, 1405, 1450, 2100, 2110, 2120, 2124

Follow the steps below to factory reset your Grandstream device in order to bring back the factory default settings. This must be done before provisioning your Grandstream phone in case the device has residual settings of a previous configuration.

Factory Reset your Grandstream GXP phone

  1. Press “Menu.”
  2. Press “Config.”

        

  1. Navigate down to “Factory Reset” option and press “Menu” or “OK” depending on the model.

        

  1. Selecting and confirming “OK” will restart your phone, which will after be successfully reset.
