How do I disable the dual Ring Tone?

When attempting a call from the 3CX VOIP Client, a dual ring-tone is heard. Calls may still be made normally.

To resolve this issue:

  • In the VOIP Client, Click On File -> Preferences
  • Tick the "Suppress Early Sound Streams" checkbox


  • Click Close

The dual ring-tone is now disabled.
