@Joyce, thanks for the question. If you download your voice mail you can use whatever forward / rewind function your audio player has.

I have a Yealink T20P. When listening to voicemail there is no time stamp. Is there either a number key or another way I can find out what time the message was left? I have tried going through the options menu and there is no option to set this up.

@Tiffany, To read the time and date of when a message was received you extensions voicemail needs to have this option enabled from the management console. Please contact your 3CX Phone system admin and have them enable this for you.

@Susan, if you are referring to an up arrow that appears in the top corner of an IP phone, then this generally indicates a missed call.

@Marina, If you do not want Voice mail it can be disabled per extension basis. You can also choose all the extensions and un-tick the ‘Enable Voice mail’ option from under the extensions settings Voice Mail tab.

@Renae, if you are using a 3CX Client from its settings click Request welcome email, the welcome email will be emailed to you, if an email server have been set up and an email address has been specified in your extension settings, that will have the current voicemail pin listed. If no 3CX Client contact your 3CX Phone system administrator to give you your voicemail pin.
