      @Tammy, thanks for the question. When you say transfer the line do you mean a call? Or change the extension that rings when your main number is dialled? To transfer a call simply press the transfer button and dial the extension. If you want to change the extension that rings when your main number is called, then you will need to change the inbound rule for this number within 3CX Phone System.     My cell is a ‘dumb’ phone. Is there a way to re route calls into the cell? Secondly, my home phone is an Ooma phone which is routed through my computer modem. Is there a way to connect that one? Help!

    We have the Yealink T29G, I do not see that model listed above. Which model above would be the most like the T29G?

      @Hollie, thanks for the questions. It sounds as though you are using an older version of 3CX Phone System. To use the Yealink T29G with a template you will need to upgrade to v14. Please see this guide for more details on how to do this: http://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-3cx/.

      @Peggy, To leave a message in a Voicemail box of a particular Extension:Dial *4{ext}, For example, *4100, will leave a voicemail message in the voicemail box of extension 100. Also see this guide for more details: http://www.3cx.com/blog/extension-user-manual/dial-codes/

    • @Peter What error do you get? Check outbound rules, prefixes, rights, ensure that the extension can make calls and that the trunk is registered.
