Review your Recorded calls

Using 3CX MyPhone, you can keep track of calls recorded on your extension. This feature is disabled by default and requires your 3CX Phone System administrator to enable the feature for your extension.

Configure 3CX Phone System to Record your Calls

This section shows how to enable recording of calls to and from your extension, and how to allow  reviewing of recorded calls in 3CX MyPhone. The 3CX Phone System administrator will need to do the following:

  1. From the 3CX Phone System Management Console, select the Extensions node
  2. Select the extension that needs to be configured and change to the ’Other’ tab
  3. From ‘3CX MyPhone options’ section:
    • Enable ‘Can see Recordings in 3CX MyPhone’
    • Enable ‘Can delete Recordings from 3CX MyPhone’
  4. From the ‘Extension options’ section:
    • Enable ‘Record all calls’
  5. Click the ‘Apply’ button
  6. Click the ‘OK’ button

MyPhone - Recorded calls

The Recordings tab allows you to view and play voice recorded calls. All recorded calls stored on 3CX Phone System are listed.

You can:

  1. Delete recorded calls
  2. Play recorded calls on your computer’s speakers
  3. Play recorded calls on your phone
