3CX Teaches The Art of a Software-based IP PBX – Case Study
Hochanda is one of the UK’s hottest teleshopping startups focused on the Arts, Crafts & Hobby industry. With 100 employees, and an ever growing customer base, Hochanda’s communications needs were becoming more demanding by the day. The setup included 50+ Yealink IP Phones and 20+ 3CX softphones connected to 50+ lines used to handle all of Hochanda’s sales.

Everything That Constitutes A PBX Masterpiece
Since deploying 3CX Phone System, Hochanda has experienced more benefits than they ever expected. Not only has it offered them more flexibility, features and reduced their monthly telecommunications costs, they’re also finding that the Windows-based PBX is so much easier to set-up, configure and maintain than any other PBX available in the market today.
With the CTI mode on the 3CXPhone for Windows client, sales agents can easily make and receive calls from their desktop. CTI allows agents to either control their IP Phone from their desktop or replace an IP Phone entirely with the use of a headset, keeping their hands free.
Additionally, due to the 3CXPhone clients for Android and iOS, they have seen their staff’s mobility increase drastically and have made sure that not a single call is lost. With 3CX’s smartphone clients staff are available on their office extension no matter where they are.
