DoggScooters Accelerates Productivity and Sales With 3CX
The Paignton, Devon, UK-based Greenover Limited T/A DoggScooters is the leading online freestyle scooter store in the country. A fast-moving, high-growth company, DoggScooters offers over 1500 products from the best scooter brands in the world. Customers design their own scooters online and receive the finished product a few days later.
But DoggScooters has lagged behind in communications technology. Since the company started up in 2008, DoggScooters’ 15 employees have all been working from a standard BT line – there was no PBX, and workers could not make simultaneous calls.
With demand burgeoning from customers all over the world, DoggScooters needed to get through traffic a lot faster, empowering workers from remote sites with Unified Communications. And DoggScooters wanted to pay a lot less for its phone system – the BT line cost 100 pounds a month.

With the new 3CX software-based, phone system installed, DoggScooters rolled right into reduced calling costs, more reliable communications and total employee mobility.
DoggScooters has enjoyed improved access for customers with multiple lines open, and this has helped to raise the level of the company’s customer service.
Each worker can call or be reached on a single extension that is the same at any location, on 3CX softphones or clients for Android and iOS smartphones.
