If users press the Conference button and then enter numbers of people to add to the conference, the system dials them showing our main line as the number, but showing "Conference" as the caller ID name. Is there a setting or option somewhere to change it from saying Conference to something else like our company name? We are having issues in that many times people won't answer when we call as they then call us back saying they didn't know that was us due to the caller ID saying "Conference". Thanks!
