We are UK based and trialling 3CX as an alternative to our normal pbxs.

Our SIP provider presents the incoming calls in the format +441234567890. I want to replace this with 01234567890. I have put this on the Incoming CID rewrite options on the trunk

Source +44(XXXXXXXXX)(.*) Replace 0(XXXXXXXXX)(.*)

This does not work. So I suspect my formatting is wrong but I'm not sure how.

Hi Thanks yes this sort of worked but turns out it's not quite what I am trying to achieve in the end.

When a call comes in it now show +441234567890:support (Support is the name of the call answer group it rings and then on the line below 01234567890.

Ultimately I just want 01234567890 to appear. Any thoughts

Under additional notes - https://www.3cx.com/docs/cid-reformatting/

These rules will not rewrite the incoming From:Display value, which means that if the call has been received with +18135910130, the display will still show these numbers, but the “core part” of the number to be dialed has been updated.
