If the phones were provisioned through 3CX they should display the 3CX directory. Are you not getting the directory on the phones?
How are the phones provisioned? - via local SBC
Are the phones local to the PBX or remote? Remote
What version is your PBX? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence tab. 15.5.10244.4
Are the phones running the supported firmware and default template? yes, 10.1.19.0
Do you have other phones that display the phonebook correctly? - yes, all remaining (including Yealink t46, and Snom d765)

We have a few of these rolled out all with the same issue of an empty directory. Anyone have the same issue or do all of these display the 3CX directory?
