Hi All,

We have a few of these rolled out all with the same issue of an empty directory. Anyone have the same issue or do all of these display the 3CX directory?

thanks!
Jon

Hello @liss

If the phones were provisioned through 3CX they should display the 3CX directory. Are you not getting the directory on the phones?

Hi, we are not. It's blank on the d785

How are the phones provisioned? Are the phones local to the PBX or remote? What version is your PBX? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence tab.
Are the phones running the supported firmware and default template?
Do you have other phones that display the phonebook correctly?

How are the phones provisioned? - via local SBC

Hi Jon,

may i ask you the silly question if your contacts also have one of the "name" and "mobile" fields filled with data? Because it seems as 3CX is still not capable of include the other fields like "company" or "home"/"business" into the xml-based phonebook files, while the most supported devices (especially snom) would usually be able to show this data if it were included in the xml file.

regards

Have you opened port 5000 and 5001 on the firewall, as these are the ports used by address book
