We're relatively new to 3CX.

I've been happily adding numbers to the contacts but when we search on the handset the only number that shows up is the mobile number.

Is there anyway this can be managed so that all number entries are shown when you search on the handset?

This is the default and can not be changed
 
As an FYI also, all IP handsets have a default amount of entries that are allowed (due to memory and capacity of the phones) If I recall this is around 1000 entries per device.
 
Hello @darenfriday

For IP phones you will need to use the mobile field to add numbers to your contacts. If you are using 3CX clients however you use any number field.
