Queue Manager Service in latest Windows 10 update stops

I have got two of my 3CX systems on Windows 10 machines, one of them has latest Windows updates the other doesn't yet.

The one with the latest Windows updates keeps stopping the Queue Manager Service about every 1 hour ish, it starts again but then stops again later.

i would recommend creating ticket with our support department regarding this issue as they will need to check the PBX and PC logs to determine what is causing the service to stop.

I cant get access to the support, we have purchased a support ticket for the system in question and when we get the login details back from 3CX and login via customer.3cx.com it shows licence details for a different phone system and different licence key which is one of our but not the one we purchased support for and also says there is no support purchased.
 
In that case you should contact our customer support department that can help you sort the issue with the licence https://www.3cx.com/company/contact/

I have contacted and explained the issue and they do not appear to understand the problem. Despite telling me its resolved I still have two licence keys attached to the same user id in the portal with only one of the licence keys displayed and accessible and the support we purchased yesterday is not accessible either.
 
Let me investigate this as much as i can. Keep trying every few hours in case we are able to resolve this. I will also get back to you once i know something.
 
i've got this also on one windows 10 PRO V1803, service Queue Manager01 stops, with 3CX logs and eventwiewer in W10 i saw same error as yours.
i've seen problem surely coming in my case from donet version.
on this computer dotnet release version was (in control panel) 14.0.23026.0 this seem to don't be latest, so i uninstal and reinstall latest dotnet 4.7x in version 14.0.24215.1.

after that, i've done a purge in system log from eventviewer and reboot 3cx computer, until this, no more error or critical messages in windows and 3CX don't stop the queue manager.

Great thanks I will give this a go, I just rolled back the Windows Update to resolve it, but this looks like the fix.
 
In Future SP5 coming soon 3CX has included a fix for dotnet problem, you can also prevent any new service crash modifying automatic service restart in windows services console put only one minute.
Almost if service crash again it restart alone one minute later
 
Finally after a little bit more than 3 days problem is coming again, 3CX support says i have to contact them to install a V15.5 SP5 BETA version to fix the problem.
I have caught the right problem source of the queue manager stops, but my solution is finally not the good one, i need to apply Beta SP5 to fix.

Now 3CX IPBX is updated to Beta version undelivered (for now) V15.5.13103.5
This release include a fix for hazardous queue manager stops due to dotnet compatibility

Ask 3CX support if you want the same version to be sent to your PBX
