digital receptionist how to

I have questioned how to set this scenario with digital receptionist
let say we have a sales department and customer support department each department
have four extensions for example
how to set digital receptionist if one extension busy transfer the incoming call to next one
so when Caller press 2 for sales should check what ext is free and route the call
 
If you setup a group and point the IVR to that it will ring all if you want or 1 at a time ect. Works well and it's the best way to do it. the members can be in as many groups as you wish. like sales and support.

Hello @Abass

You can also use the extensions forwarding rules to do this. Under Available set the option If extension is busy to forward the call to the next person or a ring group.
