Solved Calls between Bridge not working

I have two 3CX V15 Phone systems and they are working correctly
I have created the Bridge and they are on the same subnet.
the Bridge is connected and Green Light
Presence is working no drama's
When I try to call via the bridge I get this in the log
Call or Registration to 9166@(Ln.90009@Connect to Powermove) has failed. 192.168.0.123 replied: 480 Temporarily Unavailable; warning: Not available; from IP:192.168.0.123:5060

The outbound rule is in place to say if 9 is the prefix and 4 numbers then go through bridge

The Call log shows this and its seems wrong

What is Richard Chapman extension number of the remote end ?

On the outbound rule, what happens if you remove the 4 numbers and just have prefix 9 - do you have to strip any digits

The two phone systems, are the extension numbers in different blocks of number

i.e. 3CX system 1 - extension numbers 1000 - 1999
3CX System 2 - extension numbers 2000 - 2999

Phone system one is using extensions 100 -200
The other System is 200 -500
The Bridge is 90009
In the call logs each time I try it keeps adding a 9 to the call

Sorry I solved the issue I stripped the 9 out on the outbound rule and this has fixed the issue
