Update SP5 DID Bug

Hello,

We detected a huge bug following the update in SP5 of 3cx.
We added an SDA/DID to our trunk this morning, as a result of which no more incoming calls were passing except for the main trunk sip number.

Everything is back to normal following the restoration of the backup of the night but we can no longer add SDA/DID to the trunk.

So there is a problem when adding new SDA/DID in version 15.5.13103.5.

Sorry to ask, SDA? Are we talking about DIDs/DDIs?
 
Yes DID sorry, SDA is the French name.

okey, no worries. I have tested it on my local install, added some DIDs, called, Old DIDs working, new DIDs working, Main trunk number working.

What provider are you using?
 
We use a Generic Trunk SIP, our provider (Bretagne Telecom) isn't in the list.
 
you may have some incorrect settings in your source identification within the trunk settings. However we dont know the provider and cannot comment on this nor can we advice which would be the correct settings.

The Activity log would tell why the call was rejected if this is the case.
 
How is it working now but as soon as I add a new SDA it does not work anymore?

We had the following messages in the logs:

- Reason: Credentials do not match, check that authorization-ID and password
- Authentication failed due to unidentified source of: SipReq:

And this on wireshark:

- 407 Proxy Authentication Required.
 
maybe the messages are not in relation to the call.
Proxy auth is in itself not an issue, it is bound to the context it is in and if it should appear or not.
 
They are in touch with the calls. For each call from the outside we had this message in the 3cx logs, it returned a 404 error to the operators because it did not do the link with its DID except for the main number.

If we changed the main number for another DID, he could receive the calls.

The outside calls did not work anymore exactly when we added a new DID to the trunk, so it looks like a bug ...

We will do other tests tomorrow.
