Hello,
We have deployed a VoIP solution with 3CX in the cloud but the customer says the conversations are not that good. Sometimes they can't hear external phone calls, sometimes they don't receive a call and sometimes the calls are perfect..
We have tried almost everything network based (all the hardware is new and VoIP has an different networkk) but I don't have the knowledge about 3CX..
They use 6 phones right now with STUN.
