I am preconfiguring a new 3cx for a customer at our office.
in a separate VLAN i put the sbc to the new cloud 3cx.
(in another VLAN we have our own sbc to a cloud 3cx)

i created all Extensions with a Phone provisioned MAC address.
when they are added, the are added as new phones (MAC addresses 100% correct)
But they are showed up weird:
x.x.x.100:5059 via SBC x.x.x.99:5060

Anyone have an idea what i am doing wrong?

I placed one phone at the customer with 3cxsbc on debian.
Phone is added in the 3cx console, but still not added with the extension, it is still shown as new phone instead of phone of the externsion

I added a 3cx installation on debian in our cloud environment.

we use one public IP-address on a PFSense firewall installation.
our server runs with: 5060 and 5090
new server runs with: 6060 and 6090

Firewall test on the 3cx is ok (only full cone issues, but we have that on our own installation as well and fully functions)

When the 3CX Server detects a new phone via an SBC that is how it will show up, you will see the LAN IP of the phone and the LAN IP of the SBC it was detected through.

Have you tried assigning this new phone to an extension using the "Assign Ext" button?

Hi Nick,
I already added the phone to an extension, when i try to add it, it tells me: This Phone / MAC belongs to Extension 201. Choose another Phone / MAC.

Its just not getting provisioned. See attachment (same issue with default template)

OK, actually the screenshot helps quite a bit. The next recommended actions I would suggest are the following:
  • Manually upgrade the phone firmware to the latest supported from here.
  • Use the default template. To do this remove the phone/MAC from ext 201, the re-add it from the "Phones" node by using the "Assign Ext".

Nick,
Our distributor fix a provision link to update our phone to the newest 'dutch' firmware.
It is getting provisioned now, but not 100% correct.

We use other ports, like i mentioned.
See config in knipsel1.jpg

Only when in the phone the following settings are added:

See config 3cx in knipel3.jpg

You seem to have paid attention only to the 1 bullet. Actually equally important is the second as well.

Are you using the default template? All what you re having could be because of this....

Hi Nick,
No i use default template.

I just noticed something else that is strange. The SBC IP that the PnP 3CX sees the request coming from is 192.168.19.99. After you provision the phone though, in the Yealink settings I see the SBC IP having been set to 192.168.19.19.

What is the actual IP of the SBC on its NIC? Have you entered the wrong IP on the "Phone Provisioning" tab of the extension?

....
Sorry for that, that solved it!
