Solved Digital receptionist does not give information about the choosen number

Hello,

I've created a digital receptionist and nearly everythings works properly.

Somebody call our company and say welcome please choose department with who do you want to talk.

1. Sales. - > connect extension 101
2. Finance -> connect extension 102
3. IT - > connect extension 103

IT & Sales is the same member so he wants to know about which thing they searching for him, he wants to know the caller pressed 1 or 3.

Can I make it work somehow?

Create two Ring Groups, title them 'Sales' and 'IT', then add your user to both and point the IVR options at the Ring Group, not the extension.

Then when they are receiving the call they will see 'Sales' or 'IT' on the phone and know which "department" the caller is looking for.
