I set my ext to record calls both manually (on / off) and automatically, generating and applying new configs after each change. The record button is not active when I make a call and recordings are not appearing in the designated folder.
Did some reading before I posted. I refreshed my license key info (Settings - License), my quota is set to 90GB and I'm using 400K currently. I checked my file permissions on that folder with another operational 3CX (that is working) and they are the same. There are recordings in there, but they are quite dated so it has not worked recently.
Not sure where to go from here. Thanks.
