Hello :)

First, sorry for my english. I will try to make myslef understand.

This is my problem :

I want to create a condition on call flow designer for transfer and calls according to the state of the number. Example: Transfer to 0001 if the agent is available. And transfer to the number 0002 if it is not available.

do you have a idea ?

Hello @Dylan Huger,

You can use the Get Extension Status component to know if an extension is in a call or not.

Is that what you need? Or you need to know if an extension is logged in to a queue for example?

On a phone we have the possibility to define a status, (available, absent, do not disturb, lunch, business trip). I would like to transfer a call according to the status of the interlocutor.
