I have 3CX Debian Intel NUC
Trunk OVH
5 D785 phone who works perfectly!
My 12 dect phones (connected to M700) are randomly (every 2-5-10 minutes) disconnecting with this msg:
Extension 007 is unregistered, removed contact: sip:[email protected]:5060;line=2313
and registered just after (30s to 1min)

I don't understand, my M700 provisionning method is local LAN

If you have an idea, don't hesitate
Thank you very much

What firmware is running on the bases and handsets? Is it 3CX supported?

Are you running in multicell mode?

You could experience issues like described if you have different bases with different firmware's. Also handsets are recommended to have same firmware version as bases.

If provisioned as per: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom-m300-m700-dect/
Ensure you do no have the FFFFFF handsets IPEI into the provisioned settings.

If you run a PCAP from the base station when the phones are in this "un-registered" state what message is reported as the reason for the register failure ?

All handset and base are in the same firmware 400 2
After reboot, it works for an hour

But I have same problem after each 2-5 minutes.
Sip000 unregistred 1 minutes ago
I disconnecter M5 Extender to be sure it's not the problem
Here are the sip Log of base m700:
