Hello!

We are moving a client to a new work site. They will have increased employees/phone usage and new equipment so we will be starting clean. This being my first install, I want to make sure I get the licensing and setup correct.

Can anyone recommend some good questions to ask the client about their office environment in order to make sure we install it correctly and have the right infrastructure in place the first time?

So far I have:
Number of simultaneous calls expected?
Number of employees/extensions needed?
What are your recording requirements? (Pretty sure they will often need to record conference calls)

Anything to add is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
 
What version of 3cx is required - standard, pro or enterprise

How are you going to connect the system to telecoms providers - sip, pstn , isdn

Call flow for incoming calls

What phones, did there required a number of blf keys, etc

What budget has been allocated - the major cost involved are the handsets costs

Operator handsets, do they need sidecars (only certain models allow sidecars)
