We need a conference phone with detachable mics for speakers, as the meetings are broadcast to remote users, speakers tend to walk around the room or stand in the center so they are not close to the desk phones and sound quality suffers.

Any recommendation welcome and ideas on camera systems. I might just dedicate a pc with a webcam for zoom.

Those are the supported phones. I'd recommend to not try and reinvent the wheel and use one of the supported conference room phones that has wireless mics such as the Polycom IP7000 or the Yealink CP960

Invent the wheel? LOL.

I am looking for a phone system with wireless mics, this was one I found it looks good those two you showed have no wireless mic's. 3cx works on some other phones from the brand I linked.

rslattery,

The CP906 does indeed support 2 wireless mics, check the specsheet (https://www.yealink.com/products_95.html). I also recommend you stick with supported models so you do not need to manually provision the phone or troubleshoot compatibility issues.

I need either a headset or mic a speaker can use in hand as they walk around.

Picture someone in a conference room using slides with other users at home watching via the conference application. They need to do the presentation and be heard by everyone in the room and those who join via the app.

3CX does not support this phone , there is nothing stopping you manually configuring the SIP accounts on the device to get it working

You could use a 3CX client on a PC with a wireless / Bluetooth headset. You can connect the PC to external speakers for audio.
To also answer your question, technically if this is a SIP device you will be able to register to the PBX manually however it has not been tested so we cannot guarantee the correct operation of the device.
