Firewall (Red Exclamation!)

Hi,
I placed pbx express on google cloud where firewall configuration we can see as below
I am getting an error as udp pbxport limit is 9000-9500
please suggest how to increase it beyond 9500 port in step by step procedure as it shows an error in starting firewall checker
It says beyond 9500 port as full cone failed and some are cancalled

When I run the Firewall check it shows testing 3cx sip server , detecting SIP ALG failed
please give me a solution to solve it
