Solved grandstream firmware

3cx is using 1.4.0.125
where as grandstream is providing their latest firmware as 1.4.0.128
so it is conflicting
please suggest the solutions
 
Always use 3cx tested version - unless you have a good reason not too.
And, be sure to give more specifics when needed. Grandstream has many phones for example - The 2130/35/40/60/70 series is on 1.0.9.102. So, be sure to give model numbers and such.

The phone model is gxp 1620 (grandstream )
My phone has firmware as 1.4.0.106 that needs to change into 1.4.0.125
Second phone has firmware as 1.4.0.128 that needs to degrade into 1.4.0.125
because 3cx pbx management console supports only 1.4.0.125

Always update phones via 3cx server and not via grandstream firmware url as you stated

the newer will likely work fine... grandstrream wasn't supported at all for some time and I used them successfully managing firmware on my own.

What method do you use to test the firmware prior to releasing to production? We have GrandStream GXP2170 phones and are currently on firmware v 1.0.9.71.

3cx has approved 1.0.9.102 on SP5 and I have not experienced any negative issues.

if the phone has been provisioned using 3cx:
find the phone in the phone section of 3cx.
click on it. click firmware.

btw: how much of the admin manual have you reviewed?

I have tired with the same way but it is not upgrading at all
phone starts rebooting but never got upgraded
