If you are using a supported template then you should not get the warning. Make sure that you have not added anything else under you trunks.I used the included template for an approved provider (SIPTRUNK.COM)and I still get the warning. I did notice that they are only approved, not preferred. Could this have something to with it?
Everything looks as it should under the trunks; there's nothing fancy going on. I have 13 trunks, all using the included provider template (not the generic one). All the trunks register and work just fine; the warning light seems to be the only thing malfunctioning.If you are using a supported template then you should not get the warning. In that case i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the PBX logs and see that is causing this behaviour.Everything looks as it should under the trunks; there's nothing fancy going on.
