3cx API and Call Control

Hi,
I needed 3cx to do the following:
-Client calls
-automated answer ask for client ID
-3cx search on zendesk for user data using provided ID
-returns to the user giving 3 options
1-user id don't exist so it redirect to new customer
2-user id match but user don't have the permission to call (specific service)
3-user id match and user has permissions

I was reading some of the documentation and trying to understand how the Call Control works and what i needed to work with on the API, another issue would be anyone has some help on creating the api that would help with this data?
 
We have a Zendesk CRM Plugin. And we have a CFD application that asks for the ticket number. We can leverage this code to help you with building a solution.
