Not prepending Inbound rule name anymore

Hello,

Our on-premise 3CX has 3 inbound rules, named after the organisations (3 organisations use the same PBX). Each inbound rule is routed to the extension of the reception. Because the inbound rules were named after the organisation, the receptionist would know with which organisation name to greet the caller.
Suddenly, I presume after the latest update to sp6, the inbound rule names are not prepended anymore. The receptionist only sees the caller number.
I already restarted the PBX and the devices of the receptionist (signed on multiple SNOM devices and DECTS) without any solutions. Also checked the contacts option if the option to prepend was still checked, which it was.
Anyone has similar issues or better yet, a solution or advice?

It might be a "status" issue. You say you checked and the feature was selected. Did you try un-selecting, doing a restart, then selecting the feature again? After hours, of course.

I tried what you asked, but it did not help.
Anyone else any advice?
 
Does the number in the rule match exactly, the incoming DID number? Check the Activity Log to be sure.

Are you using the name prepend, with any other services...ring groups, DIDs, Queues? Do any other have issues?

Short of it being a bug of some sort, I'm not certain what else to suggest.
 
Got fixed by changing the main trunk no.
Somehow the provider changed the way the DID was sent, which I had to correct.
