Queue Manager issues

Environment - 15.5 SP5 - Windows 2012 R2

Hello,

We're having an issue where certain agents stop receiving calls from the queue. The only way to correct the problem is restarting the queue manager service. Has anyone else encountered this problem? This is really frustrating, restarting the service shouldn't be the solution..
