i have one client where when they start a new webmeeting session from the windows desktop client, chrome (their default browser) opens up at the 3cx login prompt (does not automatically log into the webmeeting session as it should) and displays and error saying "web router failed"
i don't see anything in the logs anywhere. other clients don't seem to be affected.
does anyone know what this message means?
