Hi,
I am testing 3cx with 3 phones I am using 3 phones with three different ext
1 ext works very good
other 2 ext can make calls but we it receives inbound call IVR introduce the company and say dial the ext if you know
then if we dial ext it put the call in voice mail

Are these phones local to the server?
If not - ensure each voice is using a different Local SIP Port.
Are the phones "registered" in the phones section?
Can these 2 extensions make outgoing calls?
Can you call them directly internally not using the IVR?

Note: This does not seem to be a CRM question... I am assuming you are having General issues with 3cx based on the content given.

how to check the phone are local to server or not.please suggest

After a failed IVR call to these sets, check the 3CX Activity Log to see why the call went to voicemail. If you dial these extensions directly, does the call go right to voicemail?

I removed the IVR
Record your message or press # or press * to connect to the operator
I attached the file name as digital receptionist for reference
In 3CX Acitivity logs it shows the below error
09/25/2018 1:06:28 PM - [Flow] Target endpoint for can not be built.
I tired to dial directly to ext but call doesn't go through in acitivity logs it shows the same error as 09/25/2018 1:06:28 PM - [Flow] Target endpoint for can not be built.

please give the solution

You do not know if the phone and the server are in the same network or not?

I can find that out please suggest how to figure it out whether they are or not

Are you pulling my leg?

Are the phones in the same building as the server?
Or is server in another office?
Is it in the cloud?

I can not tell you how to figure this out. You need to know... its your system.
Hint: Look at IP's of phones vs IP of server.
That might give a small hint.

Then there is something wrong with that extension, or how you are dialling (routing to ) it.. You need to figure that out.

Nope :)
I got confused when you asked local to the server
Google Cloud is acting as server to the 3cx PBX
IP Address on the phone and server both are different
On the cloud in VM instance I have two IP address as Internal and external both are different from the IP address on the phones

Are these phones local to the server? nope
If not - ensure each voice is using a different Local SIP Port. ext 102 - 5065
ext 104-5060
ext 201 -5065
yes two ext have same port number but ext 201 can dial or receive the calls but other two can only dial and if somebody try to dial on ext 102,104 it says press # or press * to reach operator

Are the phones "registered" in the phones section? yes all phones are registered
Can these 2 extensions make outgoing calls? yes they can
Can you call them directly internally not using the IVR? I trird but not solved

Queries
make ext 102 as 5095 will be fine
can you please tell me the range to port that we can put to local sip port
