"There are no available agents in the queue"

Hey Ernesto et al - I've got a CFD script in a queue for a post-call survey. When I transfer the caller to that queue, they get the message "There are no available agents in the queue." and the call disconnects. Can you advise?
 
Check the 3CXQueueManager.log for possible errors in your CFD app.

Also, please remember that the queue holding a CFD app must not have any agent configured. It must be a dedicated queue for this app.
