Solved rps 3cx service down for snom phone

Hi,
Since today 12/12/2018 from 18:00 i am getting this error if i try to provision snom phones:

3CX Phone System Management Console ID: 30018
RPS request for Snom D120-snomcustom IP Phone of 236 (236) NOT delivered. You will need to configure the phone manually by copying and pasting the provisioning link https://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xx:5001/provisioning/0qhhxnjbi3jh422/cfg{mac} in the phone web interface. Error Message: <html> <head><title>504 Gateway Time-out</title></head> <body bgcolor="white"> <center><h1>504 Gateway Time-out</h1></center> <hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html>

The service went down and up from 19:15 till 20:00. And than went again down at 20:15. At the moment i am stil not able to provision my phones. I am managing 30 PBXs with version 15.5 SP6 and one 16.0 alpha and the issue is present in all of them.
I am not having routing problem.

Any one of you has discovered the same issue?

There's another post with folks reporting a problem with Yealink phones so it looks like an overall issue with 3CX and RPS requests. Based on the other thread it seems to have been resolved. Hopefully 3CX will post an update about what happened.
 
3cx answered to the ticket i opened yesterday and they told me there was an outage of the RPS. Now everything it is working as expected.
