Hi,
We have a need to share the call logs with a number of staff in in our business so that staff can find out who phoned a particular number. Currently the only person that can do this is the administrator or anyone that has been given the right to access the 3CX Admin. The only problem we have is that when giving extensions access to the 3CX Admin panel it appears to give them access to listen to call recordings which we dont want. Whats the best way to have staff be able to search the call logs please? Can anyone help
