Hello. I found an old thread which directed me to the parameter to block an extension from being dialed from the IVR. When I add an extension on there, am I supposed to restart 3CX Services?
Long story short, I'm on v15.5 BTW...but someone called in, dialed the extension for the pageall I have setup for my customer, and did not bother to hang up for a good while....I want to block that extension from being dialed by IVR.
