I don't see US West Coast LAX listed in the webmeeting server drop down anymore. Where these removed intentionally?

LAX and San Jose MCU's which serve the west coast are being retired. As part of platform improvements, the west coast will be served by a new MCU in Oregon that is going online today.

The reasons for this are that the new provider in Oregon will be providing a larger, more reliable machine with a higher bandwidth tier tied to it. After investigating this, aggregating the west of the US to a single central MCU in Oregon appears to be the way to go, at least for now.

Also keep in mind that a WebMeeting information channel to better inform partners and users about information like this is something that we as 3CX are considering.

Hi Leo, I am still not seeing an Oregon server in the MCU list.

Yes, unfortunately it's not online yet.
It'll become available soon.
