Solved 3CX 16.0.0.1110 - "Waiting for network" error message

Hi all

Since I upgraded to this beta version, my iOS Client keeps saying "Waiting for network", regardless if I am connected on wifi / local network, or cell network.

The extension has the right to be use outside LAN, and no option is blocked.

Any hint on how to fix this issue ?
 
You have the port 5001 allowed on your firewall from the internet to your internal 3CX PBX?
 
Yes it is. Did not change anything in the firewall. This used to work. Just stopped after the last alpha update I believe.
 
I deleted the account on the iOS, and rescanned the QR Code.
Working now. I just wish I knew what happened.

Out of interest how did you delete the account on the IOS device, I can't see it any where, on Android its easy to delete accounts, sorry to go off topic?
 
- Launch 3CX on iOS
- Tap the 3 little horizontal bars next to the 3CX Logo on the top left
- Tap Settings
- Tap Accounts
- Swipe left on the account you want to remote, the word "DELETE" will appear.
- Tap DELETE

Thank you, that was driving me nuts with all my test accounts from all the systems I've setup.
