    You may have run into the same issue I did - by default ring groups are set to use PBX status to detect if the user is on a call or not - even if the extension is set to use phone status.     Ive found that sometimes when setting up new extensions, even though the default forwarding rule is setup to forward to voicemail after 60 seconds, you have to go into the extension rule settings and click "apply" before the rule will work.

    I suggest you run the firewall checker tool in 3CX to check that NAT/Port Forwarding is working correctly. If you search these forums for 3102 you will find people with similar issues with dialling time.
