  2. Version 14 loses config on every reboot

We recently updated to the v14SP2 and the client will not remember my settings and I have to set it up every time I reboot or close it. This did not happen on v12.5. Also when I do open the switchboard it goes to a default state and refuses to save my changes for location or default screen...
  3. Caller ID Number Not Shown

Hey Stuck I just put my gateway back to 4.2 and recreated the configuration in the PBX and generated a new file using the Patton 4.x template and my Caller ID is now working. I think they have some issues with the v5.x firmware that will be addressed in the next build. Give it a try and post...
  4. Caller ID Number Not Shown

Stick with the Patton. I can tell you for sure not to go with the Audiocodes. I setup 4 of them for custoemrs and could never get the echo out of the conversation! I worked with 3CX support and Audiocodes (through my distributor) for several months and nothing would fix it. I installed a...

  7. spa3102 echo problem with PSTN

Echo Problems continue I have deployed my first system and it is not going well. The system is out in the country and the phone lines are plain junk. They vary a ton between the lines. One is so faint that I have set the DB gain to 31 and it is still faint. I am using an Audiocodes 8 port...

Syntax for the entry There does not appear to be an entry in the ini file for me to change. What is the syntax for the entry in the file to define the Call Pickup digits? Or is this defined in the phone or both? Paul

My Settings that are working On the Broadvoice line I have the internal address being used for the contact field for registration and on the Voicestep line I have External Stun selected and they both work fine. 10. Trasfer calls from extension to another extension

Grandstream Gateway Transfer Can you detail the procedure and what type of phone you are using? I am trying to think back and I seem to remember having to change a parameter in the Linksys phone to allow Blind Transfers. Also look at your settings on your PBX under the gateway config - other...

  15. Broadvoice Line unregistering

My Broadvoice line is unregistering on its own after a period of time which I have not nailed down yet. One of the people who use this line complained that they are unable to use it frequently. I have started looking at it more and it is not registered. I manually register it and it registers...

System Requirements Great!! Thanks for the reply I want to offer my smaller customers an option of putting it on their server for obvious financial reasons and that benchmark of yours helps out. Paul
  17. Periodic beeping

Beeping annoyance I too have had this problem with both of my ITSP providers, Broadvoice and Voicestep. If you setup a phone to go directly to the provider it work like a charm and you hear no random beeps. I have only heard it when going through the PBX. I saw someone solved it by disabling...
  18. What VOIP provider are you using - poll

Quality Voice Provider http://www.voicestep.com seems to be geared toward your business clients and from the demo line I have been using they are very good quality. I also have a broadvoice line and it works pretty good also but I think the Voicestep line has an edge on quality.
  19. Call pickup & Call park

Call Park Thanks for the update. I am looking forward to that. Things are looking good here and there seems to be plenty of interest. Keep up the good work. Just FYI for your minimum requirements the system does not run good on a PIII/1Ghz with 768MB of RAM. I purchased a new workstation...

Any status on the Call Park/Pickup feature? In using it in my office now for over a Month I have seen where this feature could come in handy for us. I am out away from my desk a lot when I find myself running back to my office to answer the phone when I am standing next to one. Thanks...
