    I had the same issue some time ago. Try adjusting the Hook Flash Timer Min & Max values in the regional tab under Control Timer Values (sec).

    Yes, I use (S0<:XX>) (a hotline) to dial but i'm not the original creator of the thread. I just had the same problem... The CPC seems to work for incoming calls but not outgoing. Good suggestion regarding the FXS Port Polarity Configuration. I'll work towards a hardware solution to recognise it.
