  1. Call assistant makecall not working

When I use the call assitant integrated with outlook 2007 and make a call it does not work with my aastra phones but does with my snom units. On the aastra phones it establishes the make call but immediately goes handsfree and dials the number, it doesn't wait for you to pick up the makecall...
  2. Ringing tone with digital receptionist

I did resolve this in the end on 2008 R2 I had to install the desktop experience feature. Not sure if there is a similar thing in windows 7 as I haven't played with Windows 7 a lot.
  3. Digital receptionist slow to answer

With the abyss suggestion above I thought I'd poke around and under c:\program files(x86)\3cxphonesystem\data\Ivr there is a file 3CXIvr.cfg which has the line "client.inet.cacheEntryExpTimeSec VXIInteger 86400" in it which I presume is an equivakent for IIS. However it doesn't seem to honour...

  10. Incoming calls don't display leading 0

    Thanks all working now
  11. Incoming calls don't display leading 0

Our 3cx installation in the UK using a patton smartnode 4960 seems to strip off the leading 0 of the area code of the incoming calls caller id's making it more difficult to return missed calls using tools like call assistant. For example 01603xxxxxx is presented as 1603xxxxxx It would seem...
  12. Ringing tone with digital receptionist

The timeout is set shorter and there is plenty of time for callers to put in the extension number they require. This then auto transfers them through to the extension successfully. However once forwarded they do not get a ringing tone or a busy tone as appropriate just silence till the...
