  1. 3CX Phone - Windows - Call History Display bug

On V6.0.26523.0 of the Windows 3CX Phone (this was running on XP in 32bit mode) The call history pop up displays the wrong summary of call duration (in fact it swaps the times from Dialed and Answered) in the second drop down menu. The counts seem to be correct under each, it's just the times...
  2. Phone book

I'll remove and re-install and let you know if this continues or resolves. thanlks
  3. Phone book

With the phone book driven from exchange sync'ing when I try to call someone the application just minimises? Is this fixed and I'm just having issues from the beta, or can anyone else confirm this who did not use the beta versions? thanks
  4. Exit still does not exit ?

When you select exit, the app still does not fully quit, it still remains resident and visible on the background task manager. Is this just my iPgone 3GS or do others have the same issue. I upgraded from beta straight to release version via the iPhone (not itunes). thanks
  5. Dual Broadband Configuration - Help Please!!

correct, cost. But the ADSL is pretty reliable (one failover in the last 18months), the issue is they want low cost solutions using the setup they have (or a variation on it). Had not thought of that, but I think the client wants to host the PBX and you would still have issues of the phones...
  6. Draytek Vigor 2820Vsn - FXO port

Hi I've just got one of these to test, as a client wants a home worker to have their local PSTN line linked back to the main system. The alternative is a simple 1 port FXO (3102 etc etc) but being half literate they have identified this single box solution for ADSL and FXO. I've had a quick...
  7. Dual Broadband Configuration - Help Please!!

Just to clarify the configuration, this was originally planned/installed 18months ago for network traffic (remote access, VPN, email etc), VOIP was not even on their horizon). The system works as it is for that purpose, but for VOIP using fixed IP (the most reliable configuration I'm told), it...
  8. Dual Broadband Configuration - Help Please!!

Ok, this would work if it was a need to have just 2 broadband lines, but would fail when the GSM cuts in, as this would be a different IP address. Also the 2 broadband accounts are with different providers, as the client is paraoid aout a supplier network failure, so wants two different vendors...
  9. Dual Broadband Configuration - Help Please!!

with the draytek 3.3.4.1 firmware you must UNTICK the fragmented packets. On the Firewall --> general setting tab UNTICK "Accept large incoming fragmented UDP or ICMP packets ( for some games, ex. CS )" then the router works fine with Voip Unlimited, yes I know it seems the reverse, but...
  10. Beta Version 1.0.13 Out

Still can't seem to install 1.0.15, using the original download link to get the package, delete the old install from the iphone and from teh app store, then double click the package to put it in the app store, then add it back to the iphone, load the app and it shows as 1.0.13? Anyway, just...
  11. Digital receptionist not working

Just to rule out the obvious stuff can you post a screen shot of your DR settings page?
  12. Maximum simultaneous calls VoIP providers/remote extensions

Re: Maximum simultaneous calls VoIP providers/remote extensi So do we need to have 2 ports for each active call open, so for a 25 user license the default is fine, for a 8 user licence using 9000-9015 would be more secure, and for a 50 user license ports 9000-9099 would need to be open? thanks
  13. 3CX Testing On Home Network

As the other phones are direct PSTN, you cannot "transfer" the call, all they need to do is pick up the phone, and they should then have the call, you can then hang up. Not tried it with the 3102 yet, as I have not yet had time to configure it! Not sure how you would get on having a 3 way call...
  14. Broadband Woes and some tools to test with

Recently we had an issue with one of out BT Broadband lines, and after much back and forwards, they recommended moving the line it was on. This in itself seemed to cause more problems for BT, and the net result was to create a new Broadband on a new line, then once complete, cease the old line...
  15. Dual Broadband Configuration - Help Please!!

I am setting up a test configuration for a prospective client, who works in Finance, so everything has to have some redundancy. I can cope with most of their needs, but I'm not sure I'm taking the right path with regards their broadband, so please pitch in with comments/advice: They have 2...
  16. Maximum simultaneous calls VoIP providers/remote extensions

Re: Maximum simultaneous calls VoIP providers/remote extensi Sorry ! Sadly not heard of a Trunk/line restriction, always had it explained to me as restriction on call segments. So can't offer any furterh guidance, but would be interested to know. Right now our clients are probably in the 8-16...
  17. Maximum simultaneous calls VoIP providers/remote extensions

Re: Maximum simultaneous calls VoIP providers/remote extensi The restriction is only by the licence you have, so the free version is limited to 4, the next version to 8, so the maximum is limited only to the licence you buy. Of course there is a limit based on the hardware and codec's and...
  18. Draytel VOIP Problems

Manish Sorry to hear of your woes, I did not realise that Draytek did a FXO device, just searched their website and it appears one of teh 2820 models also supports FXO (1port) the 2820Vsn. I's a bit unclear as to which part of the service is unregistering ? Is it the SIP trunk Or is it the FXO...
  19. Block International Dialing

I route all emergency calls via BT (patton unit), with 2nd/3rd routes to Voip trunks incase the BT lines are affected (belt and braces, plus it can't hurt!) the dreaded 3102, I have one on the floor by my feet, It's an A*se to configure, not got it working yet, nearly did, but something went...
  20. Block International Dialing

Oh forgot to mention, we do not use a dial prefix for an external line, it was our plan, and I know it is what the corporate world loves, but talking to Godly Guru Kevin of 3CX on the training course last week, he does pose a good arguement for why do it? And the arguement that "that's the way...
