system is running v9, I can see service packs that are available but they are greyed out. The system does have upgrade insurance that shows it will expire in July 2012. Any ideas why I can't down load the service packs?

I had the same problem, sent the logs to Patton and Daniel the tech support person, sent me updated firm ware and that took care of the problem. we are using ATT and Cox for PSTN
