    Somewhere when I was setting up digital receptionists, an incomplete one has taken virtual Ext 801. It does not appear on the Manage screen listing. The virtual Ext numbers go from 800 to 802. Problem is that 801 is active. How can I delete it when it doesnt show on the list?

    When I add a new extension, the system ignores the 3 digit authentication password I enter and saves its own 10 digit password which I cannot see, and so the softphones cannot register. Help!
