Thanks for posting this. I am using the Grandstream 4108 and have the exact same problems. When I took out the outbound rules everything works. But when I tried using a rule I get the same errors as you.

I bought and used a grandstream 4108. It was an exercise in frustration. I would not recommend the Grandstream. I heard good things about Rhino but I do not believe that 3cx supports PCI cards.

I couldn't get the gateway to register. I used the template to set up the PSTN lines in 3cx but nothing shows up under Line Statue/PSTN. If I manually set it up the lines show up.

Is there a way that I can upload my voicemessages to the server since the 999 doesn't work. Unfortunately our old system blew out today, old IBM system so I need to get up and running asap.

I am having the same problem. I set up, cannot access 999 for voicemail, 1 provider doesn't take digits for DR and phone work on incoming calls but outgoing the external party cannot hear them.
