  5. 3CX SPA3102 failure to make PSTN inbound/outbound calls?

    Try turning on STUN server in the SPA3102. I see a lot of private IP's in the log example you have and to talk to the outside world it requires public ips. I interfaced a Ooma Telo using a SPA3102 and I did turn on STUN server because the SPA3102 is behind a firewall. After that it was working well.

    Most of the support here is user to user. While waiting for an official response it might be easier for you to request a different userid from one of your vendors as a temporary fix.

    I think whats happening is your remote extension is initiating a call and broadvoice tries to respond, but because you using a non-routeable private IP (192.168.50.2) it hangs up. Your remote extension should be initiating that request with the NAT firewalls public IP and not your private...
